The mission of The Construction Youth Trust is to open up training and employment opportunities in the construction industry for disadvantaged young people between the ages of 16 - 25.
We have a number of innovative projects and initiatives that help us to achieve this including the Real Apprentice – You’re hired, Pink Ladies (getting women into construction), Tool Kit for life (helping young offenders to get a start in life) and mobile classrooms which go out in the community and offer a range of construction taster sessions.
